Hello there everyone!! It’s been a pretty hot week and it’s time for a nice cool down. The work week can be a little rough but it’s important to reward yourself with some fun on your much deserved weekend. If you need a few ideas on what to do this week, you’ve come to the right place. I believe I have just what you’re looking for so let’s see what’s going on and get started!!Didn’t you have a lemonade stand as growing up? I did. It was a great experience of providing a service, learning about money, and a fun time with friends. It can be a useful tool to introduce children to entrepreneurship and this weekend, Franklin County will host the Lemonade Festival to encourage that drive in our youth. This free, two day festival will feature workshops that will provide the basics of running a simple lemonade stand that can grow into something greater. This event will be for children 5-18 so visit www.youthlemonadefestival.org for more info and registration.
