NBC has dropped the first trailer for Grosse Pointe Garden Society, which stars Aja Naomi King and is co-created by Good Girls‘ Jenna Bans and Bill Kriebs.
The series also stars Melissa Fumero, AnnaSophia Robb, Ben Rappaport, Matthew Davis, Alexander Hodge, Nancy Travis and Felix Avitia.
Here’s the official description:
The series follows four members of a suburban garden club who find their lives intertwined by scandal, mischief and a shared secret – a murder no one wants to talk about. As dark truths begin to rot their lives under the surface, they struggle to remain as perfect as the flowers blooming in their garden above.
The series falls under Bans and Krebs’ overall deal at Universal Studio Group’s Universal Television. Bans created Good Girls and Kriebs joined in later seasons.
Grosse Pointe Murder Society joins another new NBC midseason entry, The Hunting Party, which premieres soon as well.
