Holiday Wish has been granting the wishes of the children in agency care since 1963. At Franklin County Children’s Services, we believe that all of our children should receive gifts that reflect their culture and celebrate their uniqueness. Since its inception, the program has struggled with meeting the diverse needs of the children we serve, particularly our African American girls between the ages of 8 and 11. Last year we were able to grant the wishes of over 6,500 children and thanks to our annual Black Girl Magic event, we received the donations needed to meet the needs of our African American girls.
The Black Girl Magic Toy Drive drop-off event will occur on December 7, 2022, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at The Que Studio at 1278 E. Main Street, Columbus, Ohio 43205.
